ARTWORK

Digital or electronic art is preferred via e-mail in EPS, JPEG, TIF, BMP format.

Please note: Artwork that needs more than one hour touch up will incur an additional $60.00 per hour art design fee. Customer will be notified in advance if extra preparation charges are required.

TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHT & REGISTRATION MARKS

Eagle Awards bears no responsibility for legal infringements and assumes that the customer has permission to use all designs. All logos or trademarks that appear on our website are samples of products and are not for sale. Appearance in our website does not infer any endorsement by companies shown.

SET UP CHARGE

A $35.00 setup fee is applied to all new clients, this is for Client build profile, estimates, gathering information with finding the prefect award to offer our clients.

REORDER

Set up charge is $25.00 if project is identical with no new items or design work.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

All orders will be acknowledged by e-mail. Please review and respond immediately with any changes. Orders will be on hold until Eagle Awards receives a response. 

PRODUCTION TIME

Most orders will be ready within 10 business days of approved art. Once art is approved the client is held responsible for any changes. Please take your time looking over proofs.

RUSH ORDER

An expedited fee of $75.00 will be apply- subject to chang depending on project and quantity. Additional cost for rushed freight will be clients cost if we don't have it on hand.  

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cancelled during production will be charged for all work completed up to the time of cancellation. 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS, or USPS unless otherwise specified.

TERMS

For all new clients a deposit may be required upon placement of the orders over $300.00

Past due invoice exceeding 30 days is subjected to a 1.5% late charge, applied every month until paid in full.
